Orders over $100 will require that your Billing & Shipping addresses match or order processing will be delayed due to order verification.
SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Please allow an additional 7 day processing time for wigs as they are custom made per order. Order processing begins once your order is submitted and as a result, order modifications such as changes to address, cancellations, etc. are not permitted.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed it will be shipped. You will then receive a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number via the email address provided at checkout. Please note that time in processing and shipping DO NOT include weekends or holidays and all delivery times provided by the USPS are estimates. Please expect delays in processing and shipping times during holiday and sales periods. The Lengths Lab, LLC is not responsible for the status of and/or delays in delivery of your order due to events beyond our control once your order has been shipped and your tracking number provided. Events beyond our control include but are not limited to acts of nature, shortage of materials, transportation failures and or labor strikes. Once shipped, packages can be tracked via USPS at www.usps.com.
USPS is required for all PO Box and military addresses provided at checkout. The Lengths Lab, LLC cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
RETURNED/ REFUSED/ ABANDONED PACKAGES
A $20 non-delivery and restocking fee will be charged for returned shipments. The non-delivery and restocking fee will be charged to the payment method selected at checkout. No refunds will be issued for returned, refused or abandoned packages.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products in addition to federal health regulations, all our hair extensions, wigs, eyelashes and accessories are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
If you believe that you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. We will NOT allow an exchange if an item has ANY signs of wear. Signs of wear include but are not limited to brushing, combing, finger combing, cutting, coloring, washing or taking hair out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a very strict and thorough quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair extensions, wigs, eyelashes and accessories.

The Lengths Lab, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you, where we have your express permission to do so, and to third-party vendors needed to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements or providing analytic services.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
